Terms of use

Terms for invited access, published client information and existing support agreements in myLabForty.

Your client workspace

These terms cover invited access to myLabForty, operated by Лаб40 ЕООД (Lab40 EOOD), trading as LabForty, EIK 205622271, VAT number BG205622271, registered at 56 Kapitan Raycho Street, floor 3, shop 13, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

The workspace shows the company and project records currently permitted for your account: published service observations, support agreements and contacts, work and effort, maintenance, documents, authorised invoices and support conversations. LabForty staff manage business records in the intranet.

Sign-in and access

Sign in with the invited email address and a one-time code. Keep that code and your device secure. Use only your own authorised access and contact LabForty if you suspect misuse or need access removed.

There is no public registration. Access depends on your client relationship and current company, project and publication permissions. Access may be changed or withdrawn when those permissions change or where necessary to address unauthorised use or protect the service.

Existing agreements and displayed information

App access does not purchase, renew or extend services. The app has no checkout or paid plans, and viewing an invoice does not provide an in-app payment service. Your existing agreement governs commercial services, fees, response or resolution commitments, liability and dispute handling. These terms do not change that agreement or mandatory legal rights.

Check the timestamps and availability of monitoring and published records. Updates and notifications can be delayed or unavailable. An unknown, stale or unpublished value is not evidence of zero work, no incident or a service guarantee. Recorded effort, elapsed maintenance time, contract term and allowance use are different measures.

Support requests and files

Submit requests, replies and permitted attachments through the workspace. The displayed status and any stated support agreement determine how a request is handled. Asking to mark a request resolved asks the team to update its status. Replying to a resolved request also asks the team to reopen it.

Submit only content that you are entitled to share and that is needed for the request. Do not include passwords, secrets or unnecessary personal information. The workspace is not an emergency reporting service; use any urgent-contact process agreed for your project.

Private files and invoices require current permission to view or download. You are responsible for the recipients and destinations you choose when saving or sharing a copy outside the app.

Appropriate use and availability

Do not attempt to bypass permissions, access another account, interfere with the service or upload unlawful or malicious content. Report suspected errors, unauthorised access or incorrect published information to LabForty.

Maintenance, connectivity problems or required app updates can interrupt access. TestFlight versions are provided for testing and may contain faults or expire under Apple's TestFlight rules. Availability or a notification does not create an additional uptime or response commitment.

Privacy, updates and contact

The myLabForty privacy policy explains how the workspace handles account, service and device information and how to request account removal or exercise your data-protection rights.

We may update these app-use terms as the workspace changes. The date above identifies this version; any change to your commercial agreement follows that agreement's process. For access, support or terms questions, contact [email protected].
