Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from concept to completion for various projects.
Create visually compelling designs across digital and print mediums, ensuring brand
consistency.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and
development.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers in the team.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our creative output
innovative.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign) and Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
Experience working with UX/UI design is a must.
