Job overview:


We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing software company. In this role, you will proactively identify and engage potential clients, presenting our website design, development, and maintenance solutions. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a proven sales background and a strong understanding of digital and web technologies.

 

You will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth in both local and international markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking channels.
  • Present our web development and maintenance services in a compelling, value-driven manner tailored to each client’s business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business deals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the web and digital space.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within software, IT, or digital services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (websites, hosting, SEO, etc.) is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your pipeline effectively, and deliver measurable results.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and passionate about helping businesses grow online.
