Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients,
fostering strong, long-term relationships based on trust and respect.
• Project Coordination: Oversee the delivery of software development projects, ensuring
they align with client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
• Communication: Liaise effectively between clients and internal teams, including
developers and designers, to facilitate clear understanding and execution of project
requirements.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical background in software engineering to
understand client needs and provide informed guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Leadership: Lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and successful
project outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management within the software
development industry.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software engineering principles.
• Proven experience in project management and leading project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English.
