Labforty is a fast-growing company with a team of about 35 professionals dedicated to innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead and elevate our design efforts, bringing fresh ideas and expertise to our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to completion across various projects.
- Create visually compelling designs for both digital and print mediums while ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers within the team.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our creative work innovative and forward-thinking.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Experience with UX/UI design is a must.
